ARTISTS STATEMENT

Jo Darling teaches collage and portrait painting at Moray Art Studio in Findhorn, where she is also studying drawing and painting with Randy Klinger. " I came to art through art therapy and until recently was largely self-taught. I find art is by it's nature theraputic and a sources of endless exploration and discovery. I practise it to keep body and sould together and am interested in finding out the nature of "feminine" creativity, if there is such a thing and what it might be.
